Kitchen facilities, grassed area at door step
We only stayed for one night, the place was OK. Were it not 4 people but just 2 of us, even sleeping would have been more comfortable.
Walking distance to shopping centres & restaurants & wilderness
Breakfast was atrocious ,,, no nutrition nor imagination ,,,, room too close to footpath
the Views were fabulous.
it was dirty, run down, many bugs flying all around the lights, there was no continental breakfast as posted, not even coffee, the office was supposed to be open from 6am - 11pm. when we were trying to check out at 8:30am, the office was closed and dark. there was a phone outside with a number to call...when I called it , it went to a guest room? So there were now two of us standing outside? What the heck? Very dissappointed the with that hotel all around. May fight for a refund. Sorry 0 stars on this one.
Should be in motels and not hotels category. The BF should be improved A computer station should be added
Size of rooms and mtn views.
Bedspread not real clean.
Location is great for shopping.
Room very small, very basic, probably a 1 or 2star, allright if used only to sleep.
It was a reasonably priced and comfortable room situated in the town I stayed in to enjoy day hiking.
Location to attractions. Able to park right where we were staying. One level so bringing luggage in was easy.
Too much odor spray used which is not good for people with allergies. The room was too small. There was no indication that the room only had one bed. Only four channels to watch on tv.
The staff was very friendly and accomidating. The facilities were not modern but everything worked great and was clean and convenient. I liked being able to cook in my own room.
The room was vintage but comfortable and clean. We liked having a small kitchen withh full sized refrigerator and oven to do a little cooking on our own. The view from our room was remarkable. Lots of windows enabled us to enjoy that marvelous view.
It is very convenient to downtown Sedona. Hanging outside each door is a wooden folding chair to open up, relax and enjoy the gorgeous view.
Our neighbors were loud and cooked smelly cabbage at 11 o'clock at night. There was no way to complain to the front desk (no phone in the room) without going across the street to the front office in the dark.
Reasonable accomodations at at a fair price
Very thin walls with no noise insulation.
I checked out a day early due to the shabby conditions. Upn arrival my reservatipns were not recorded wven though they had been made two weeks.early. thayy beimg said the young man at the office was.exremely courtious and pleasant.
Extremely small rooms, old worn out bedding,no tub, bathroom so small one could.touch all four walls without moving.
This hotel was right in Sedona so was easy to walk everywhere from it.
Don't say breakfast is included if your groceries haven't come in for two days and you have two kinds of cereal. Even a toaster would have been nice if the "muffins and donuts" were supposed to get there the day before and still haven't arrived. There is a Safeway down the road. Also they asked me for the rate we were quoted as the staff wasn't sure of anything and had no authority to make any decisions. If the rate I was quoted wasn't the one on her screen she was going to have to phone someone for authorization. The girl at the front desk hadn't even met the owner.
